Moratorium:

• Guests may cancel free of charge supplied that: (1) reservation is terminated within 48-hours of appointment confirmation, and (2) appointment was verified at least 11 days before set up arrival.

Repayment Plan:

• 2 week or less before arrival: Guests pay 100% sometimes of reservation.
• More than 2 week before arrival: Visitors pay 50% at time of reservation, the staying 50% will certainly be charged 2 week before arrival.
• For guests paying with Points or Cash Points: 100 %of payment of both Cash money Information will be subtracted sometimes of booking, once booking is confirmed within 2 days.

Cancellation Plan:

• 14 days or less before arrival: No refund released, unless Grace Period uses.
• Greater than 2 week prior to arrival: 100% reimbursement.
